Your fishing adventure in Norway starts here! A large, 300 square meter farm house from early 18th century is ready to give you the most authentic angling experience of your life. Located at the very start of the Atlantic Ocean Road within 150 meters of your boats, it is the perfect base for all your fishing adventures!

We can offer you 4 great bedrooms with a rustic feel and good single beds for up to 10 guests.
2 Living Rooms & Large Kitchen Area
There are 2 living rooms in the house. A larger one for entertaining and a smaller one with an open fireplace. The kitchen area is very large and fully featured for all your cooking needs.
Dedicated Equipment & Freezer room
The house features its own gear and freezer room where you can clean and maintain your gear and flash freeze your catch keeping it fresh and your gear in optimal working condition.
Great Outdoor Area for Relaxing
The area outside the property has a pavilion, 2 terraces and an inviting garden making it easy to enjoy a nice evening outside

Over 200 years of fishing traditions
Villa Edvin has for generations been the home of Norwegian fishermen and seafarers. The rustic, calm atmosphere that meets you when you enter the property transports you back to a simpler time when life was hard but rewarding.
Sit down in front of the fireplace with a good beverage, swap fishing stories and get inspired by the maritime history of the old wooden building.
Rustic & Relaxing
Keeping it simple is a thing Norwegians have been doing for centuries. Living the simple life could be hard but rewarding. We want to bring that mentality with us when inviting you to stay at Villa Edvin and little can compare to warming up beside the fireplace after a long day of fishing - maybe with something warming in your glass aswell.

Catch Lobster & Crab
If you're lucky and get a reservation in between October 1st and December 31st you can rent lobster traps and experience the excitement of this harvest.
Seaworthy & Safe Boats
Our boats are of the type Øien 530F complete with all the equipment you'll need to make your angling adventures successful.
The 4th Generation
Christian H. Sivertsen
Christian is the 4th generation Sivertsen and the current owner of Villa Edvin. He is fluent in English, speaks German and Italian adequately. He will be your host and your contact person for anything regarding your stay. He has been fishing since the age of 2 and if you're lucky, he'll maybe share his most special fishing spots with you.
